Located in the heart of Valencia, the Bungalows Homeowners Association is a prime example of a master planned community. Constructed in the 1980’s, the community looks every bit as good today as when it was first envisioned by Newhall Land & Farming Company and the architectural design firm Victor Gruen Associates. The Paseo system, which was part of the original design allows pedestrians to travel throughout most of the community without having to cross busy streets.

The Community exclusively features the popular Bungalows Homes, along with a recreation center with a sparkling Pool, Spa, Shade Structures and restroom facilities.

The Bungalows is just a few minutes east of the I-5 Golden State Freeway and less than a mile from Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, Valencia Town Center, and convenient local merchants.
